Company benefits include Private Healthcare, Pension Scheme, Death in Service, sick pay top up, rewards and recognition, EOT About the Job: The successful applicant will be part of a busy Operations Admin team and play a crucial role in supporting with project administration. The position would ideally suit a candidate who can demonstrate on application having held a similar role previously, and able to complete the duties of the role as outlined below: Responsibilities: * Prepare site set up/supervisor packs for each project * Creation of electronic project files * Action daily alerts for each workstreams information channels * Maintain incoming and outgoing drawing register (copy, print, rack, and issue drawings as appropriate) * NICEIC test certificates – type from draft * Upload specific audit documents following project completion to the Client Information Channel for review * Organise team meetings and send invites * Attend and take minutes at project meetings where appropriate * Weekly timesheet processing * Book travel and accommodation for company and site staff (hotels/trains/flights/ferries etc.) * Take overflow calls and cover for reception where required * Provide cover for other PTA’s during leave/absence Requirements: * A good, all-round standard of education including literacy and numeracy * IT skills * 3 years’ experience in an office environment * Business Administration NVQ Level 3 – desirable * Electrical/construction industry background – desirable * Previous project experience – desirable
