Job Description

Extra Recruitment are looking for an experienced Promotions Administrator to join our busy client in Birmingham. Our client has over 50 years of experience in their industry giving the best customer service and experience to their clients. This is a fantastic role, based in our Head Office, supporting the office administration team and the commercial buying department. The Promotions Administrator will be responsible for assisting the commercial buying team and the office administration team with general duties and reception cover as and when required. Promotions Administrator responsibilities: Managing trader documentation. Arranging the printing and distribution of promotional material to be displayed in the depots. Creating supplier invoices for claims and rebates. Sending supplier invoices to the National Accounts Manager’s. Working closely with supplier’s and making sure all documentation is correct. Chase outstanding order’s. Liaising with goods in for PO bookings & queries. Manage the admin of the website and updating new offer’s. Work with external marketing teams. Proof reading documents. General ad hoc admin duties. Details of a Promotions Administrator: Duration: Permanent Salary: £27,000.00 Requirements of a Promotions Administrator: Ability to work at own initiative. Have strong Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills. Able to prioritise workload. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Attention to detail. Work well within a team.
