Location: St Andrews
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum

The Role
Our client is seeking a Property Administration Coordinator to support their busy property management team. This is a key administrative role that ensures the smooth running of day-to-day operations. It's ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and a confident communicator.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the property team
Maintain accurate records and ensure full compliance with property regulations
Communicate effectively with tenants, contractors, and internal teams
Assist with inspections, reports, and property documentation
Coordinate and support monthly property inspections, ensuring all findings are recorded and followed up appropriately
Manage correspondence and respond to queries professionally and promptly
Support financial processes including invoicing and budget tracking
Contribute to team projects and continuous improvement initiativesWhat We're Looking For
