Handling tenancy documentation, renewals, and client communications
Coordinating property viewings and liaising with landlords and tenants
Supporting compliance and maintaining accurate records across both sites
Managing a steady flow of administrative tasks with care and consistencyProfile
Solid admin experience in property lettings or rentals-this is a must.
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle so you can commute to the two office locations - essential.
