Property Sales Coordinator
Salary: £24,000 + OTE
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:15pm (1-hour lunch)
Location: Aberdeenshire
Full clean driving license is essential
Are you ambitious, outgoing, and passionate about property?
We're looking for a Property Sales Coordinator to join a friendly, high-performing team within a leading estate agency.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your property career with long-term prospects.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing inbound and outbound phone calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Promoting and marketing a range of residential properties
- Arranging and accompanying property viewings
- Liaising with buyers and sellers to ensure a smooth sales process
- Providing outstanding client service at every stage of the journey
What we're looking for:
- A confident communicator with excellent phone etiquette
- Someone motivated, energetic, and customer-focused
- An interest in property and a desire to build a career in the industry
- Competence in Microsoft Office (including Teams). Reapit experience is a bonus but full training will be given
What's on offer:
£24,000 basic salary + On-Target Earnings & bonus scheme (after 6 months)
25 days annual leave + pension
Office-based role with regular property visits
Free onsite and on-street parking
