Our clients are a close-knit team of circa 35 managing one of the largest portfolios of residential leasehold properties in the country.
Our Client Services Team provides a knowledgeable, helpful, friendly customer services experience to our clients. The successful individual will be responsible for engaging with leaseholders, solicitors and mortgage companies by telephone and email. This role requires a can-do attitude and a desire to make a difference as well as a need for to develop technical knowledge of the sector and relevant legislation.
Responsibilities:
Banking cheques/verifying batches.
Dealing with all genres of calls in regards the ground rent.
Direct debit process – set.
Taking payments over the phone and via the HSBC Global Iris system.
