* Coaching and supporting a small, friendly operational team — and if you haven’t managed before, this could be the perfect opportunity to develop in that direction.
* Working with trust and autonomy to find practical, effective solutions.
* Collaborating with colleagues, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain and improve compliance standards.
* Helping shape how we keep residents safe and continuously improving our property safety practices.

* Experience in property compliance or safety management, preferably within housing or a similar regulated environment.
* Strong communication skills and confidence in working with people at all levels.

* 30 days’ annual leave (plus bank holidays) with the option to buy more.
* Generous pension scheme with the option to make additional contributions.
* Health and wellbeing support, including Employee Assistance and wellbeing services.
* Discounts and perks through an employee rewards platform.
* Cycle to Work and health screening options via salary sacrifice.
* Ongoing training and development to help you grow your career
