Responsibilities in your new role as Property Coordinator
In your role as Property Coordinator, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the Property Management team by managing tenants, contractors, and various general tasks. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Finance team to oversee utilities, service charges, invoicing, and billing processes, ensuring seamless operations and client satisfaction.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
We are looking for someone with outstanding customer service skills and a knack for good communication. Your experience with all Microsoft Office packages will be invaluable as you help maintain our high standards of property management.
