About The Job:
As a Property Finance Consultant, you will play a vital role in providing tailored advice on various mortgage and loan options, including:
Standard Buy to Let & Investment Mortgages
Complex Buy to Let Solutions (Ltd companies, HMO, Multi-Unit Blocks)
Property Refurbishment & Auction Finance
Semi Commercial and Full Commercial Loans
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional client service by explaining complex information clearly
Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients
Conduct telephone fact-finds and ensure all regulatory requirements are met 📞
Liaise professionally with introducers and keep up to date with product changes
Stay focused on providing the highest level of service while adhering to compliance regulations
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:
Full CeMAP mortgage qualification or relevant Banking qualifications
Minimum of 2 years' experience in Financial Services or Commercial Banking
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills ✨
Highly organised and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritise tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ambitious, self-motivated, and able to thrive under pressure
