Property Inspector - £30,000 - £32,000 plus £38,000 OTE package based in North West London postcodes
This is a great opportunity for someone with Property Inspection experience who enjoys being out and about rather than office based.
Duties/attributes:
Drivers licence is essential
Visiting properties across the home counties to record the condition of each property and log the information accordingly.
Assessing if any works to the properties need to be arranged
Enjoys liaising with people face to face and interacts well at all levels.
