Sales Consultant - Property Investment Sector
Location: Leeds
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 OTE (Uncapped Commission)
Schedule: Monday to Friday (No Weekend Work)

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and advise a portfolio of investment property sellers
Qualify and match buyers to suitable investment opportunities
Negotiate deals that deliver value for all parties
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth completions
Maintain accurate records and provide regular updatesIdeal Candidate:
Proven background in sales (property or related sectors preferred)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Commercially aware with a proactive mindset
