Property Investment Consultant – Up to £30K Basic | £60K–£80K OTE (Uncapped) | Manchester
Location: Manchester (City Centre)
Salary: Up to £30,000 basic
OTE: £60K–£80K+ (Uncapped)
Are you an experienced property sales professional ready to take the next step in your career?
We’re looking for a Property Investment Consultant to join our high-performing team in Manchester. In this role, you’ll sell off-plan property investments to a growing database of motivated investors. You’ll manage the entire sales cycle — from lead engagement to closing — and benefit from warm leads, exceptional training, and uncapped commission.
This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in property sales who is ambitious, target-driven, and looking to significantly increase their earning potential.
What you’ll be doing:
* Selling UK off-plan residential and buy-to-let investments to investors
* Handling qualified, inbound leads – no cold calling
* Managing the full 360 sales cycle, from first contact through to close
* Advising clients on market trends, yields, ROI, and location benefits
* Building and maintaining long-term investor relationships
* Working towards and exceeding personal and team revenue targets
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience in property sales (residential, investment, or off-plan preferred)
* A confident closer with excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Strong understanding of the UK property market and investment principles
* Driven, ambitious, and target-focused personality
* Comfortable working in a high-energy, fast-paced sales environment
