Job Description

If you're a experienced Residential Conveyancer looking for a new role, this could be it.
This role will be joining a reputable and highly professional firm of solicitors based in
Cheltenham, where being able to handle a fast paced environment is a must.
In this role you will manage your own caseload of residential property matters, including
completions from start to finish as well as post completion.
The firm primarily deal with new build conveyancing, however having a broad knowledge of the conveyancing process is advantageous. Experience in using both paper and
electronic files is also desirable.
The role will be full time office based in Cheltenham due to the fast paced nature of the
business, and the firm offer a competitive salary up to £45,000, dependant on experience.
