Job Description
An exciting opportunity for an ambitious Property Valuer/Lister to cover Whittlesey and surrounding villages. If you have at least 1 year of sales or estate agency experience and a strong drive to succeed, this role offers great earning potential and career growth.
Salary - £30,000 - £45,000 OTE
Monday to Friday + Saturday (day off in lieu)
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and convert new valuation leads into sales listings
Conduct property valuations and market appraisals
Canvass locally through door knocking, leaflet dropping, and networking
Deliver exceptional customer service and build client relationships
Ideal Candidate:
Confident, professional, and well-presented
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Target-driven with strong time management and initiative
Comfortable working independently and within a team
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year estate agency experience
Driving licence and access to a car
