Property Litigation Solicitor (NQ / 1 PQE)
Location: Bristol or Bath (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 DOE
We are looking for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join our client with offices in Bristol and Bath. This role offers a wonderful opportunity to join an inclusive and friendly team, working with a variety of clients, including SME’s, international companies and private individuals.
The Role:
* Advising on a varied caseload including work such as Dilapidations, Commercial Lease Renewals, Exit Strategies and Breaches of covenant.
* Drafting legal documents, conducting negotiations, and representing clients as needed.
* Building relationships with new and existing clients and referrers
You will be will have demonstrable experience of Property Litigation, from your Training Contract and/or working as a Senior Paralegal and be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
