We're Hiring: Property Maintenance Caretaker
LCB Depot & Associated Sites - Leicester
£15 per hour
Full-time | Immediate Start Available | Temp role
Are you a practical, hands-on person with a knack for maintenance and keeping spaces in great condition? We're looking for a Property Maintenance Caretaker to support the day-to-day running of our busy business centres in Leicester - including the vibrant LCB Depot.
What You'll Be Doing:
Providing caretaker cover across 4 buildings with 95 workspaces
Helping set up meeting rooms and weekly events
Working closely with the Premises Officer and cleaning team to maintain high standards
Carrying out general maintenance, painting and decorating, and grounds upkeep
Performing basic plumbing and first-fix repairs before calling in contractors
Using equipment like floor buffers and carpet cleaners
Supporting building health, safety, and security standards
What We're Looking For:
Experience in property maintenance and decorating
Comfortable with tools, cleaning machinery, and general repairs
Knowledge of building safety and security
Proactive attitude and strong work ethic
Reliable, organised, and a good team player
