Property Manager – Hybrid – Birmingham - £37k
We’re working with a longstanding, regional Property Management company who are looking to hire an additional Property Manager as follows:
* Hybrid working (3-4 days from home) reporting into a Birmingham office during probation and 1-2 days per week thereafter
* 9-5 Mon-Fri working hours
* Overseeing a local portfolio of long retained blocks, focused on budgets, site visits and major works
* Zero Admin / Resident queries to deal with – these are all taken care of centrally on your behalf by a separate team ensuring an excellent work life balance (you’ll never get bogged down with emails/calls to respond to!)
* Managing contractors, ensuring standards are maintained according to lease/contracts/SLA’s
* 1-2 years autonomous portfolio management experience required
* Professional qualification beneficial but not essential and can be supported in post
* Excellent career path and training
The successful Property Manager can expect a starting salary up to £37k with ongoing reviews and uplifts based on tenure and performance.
