Property Manager - Exciting Opportunity with a Leading Property Company Location:Bristol Salary: Competitive + Benefits Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and respected property company who are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to take ownership of a diverse property portfolio and deliver exceptional service to tenants and landlords alike. About the Role: As Property Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of residential/commercial properties, ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and excellent customer service. You'll act as the key point of contact for tenants, landlords, and contractors, handling everything from maintenance coordination to tenancy renewals. Key Responsibilities: Oversee a portfolio of properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant Build strong relationships with tenants and landlords Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and inspections Manage tenancy agreements, renewals, and terminations Ensure compliance with property legislation and health & safety standards Maintain accurate records and reporting Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in property management or lettings Strong communication and problem-solving skills Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail Knowledge of relevant property legislation Proficiency in property management software (e.g. Qube, Reapit) Full UK driving licence (if travel between sites is required) What's on Offer: A supportive and professional working environment Career development opportunities Competitive salary and benefits package Flexible working options (where applicable)Interested?
