Property Manager – Residential Lettings (Surrey Quays)
Location: Surrey Quays, London
Salary: From £32,000 per annum (plus incentives)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm

We’re seeking an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of a residential lettings portfolio in the vibrant Surrey Quays area.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, organised, and customer-focused Property Manager who enjoys building strong landlord and tenant relationships and keeping every property in top condition.
If you thrive in a fast-paced lettings environment, have strong knowledge of UK property management regulations, and are confident managing multiple tasks, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties across Surrey Quays and surrounding areas.

Be the first point of contact for landlords and tenants, providing exceptional service and clear communication.
*
Arrange and oversee property maintenance, repairs, and safety checks.
*
Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with all UK lettings legislation.
*
Manage rent collection, arrears, tenancy renewals, and terminations.
*
Maintain accurate property records using property management software (e.g., Alto, Streets).
*
Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely, cost-effective solutions.
*
Support the lettings team with move-ins, move-outs, and deposit returns.
What We’re Looking For
*
Previous experience as a Property Manager within residential lettings is essential.
*
Excellent knowledge of UK lettings law, tenancy compliance, and property management best practices.
*
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
*
Professional communication and negotiation skills.
*
Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office.
*
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to thrive in a busy environment.
*
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
