Property Manager
Pinpoint Resourcing are recruiting for a property business who are rapidly expanding. They are actively seeking a Property Manager for their growing team.
Duties:
* Responding to client queries
* Liaising with local councils
* Speak to contractors, organise work scheduled and follow up on completion
* Assist team with additional ad-hoc tasks
* Handle Tennant/Landlord inquires quickly
* Update property database and keep accurate records
Desirable:
* Someone organised
* At least 2 years experience in a property business
Salary + information:
* £35,000 - £38,000 DOE
* Based in the office
