🔑 The Role
As a Property Manager, you'll play a key role in managing a diverse residential portfolio. You'll be the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, ensuring all properties are maintained to a high standard and compliance is always met. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role, ideal for someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys delivering exceptional service.
💼 Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of residential properties across Leicester and surrounding areas

Handle maintenance issues, contractor management, and property inspections
*
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies
*
Liaise with tenants and landlords, resolving queries promptly and professionally
*
Prepare and manage tenancy documentation and renewals
*
Support lettings and tenancy progression where required
*
Occasionally attend Saturday appointments (on a rota basis)
✅ Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Property Manager in residential lettings
*
Full UK driving licence
*
Strong knowledge of property management legislation and compliance
*
Excellent communication and organisational skills
*
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
