About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our properties. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for tenants, coordinate maintenance, and ensure properties are well-maintained and operating efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and tenant communications.

Liaise with contractors and maintenance teams to promptly address repairs and upkeep.

Monitor budgets, track expenses, and contribute to the financial performance of the properties.

Ensure compliance with relevant local laws and property regulations.

Maintain accurate records of leases, payments, and maintenance activities.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in property management or a similar role.

Desirable Qualifications:

ARLA qualification.
