Managing a property portfolio while delivering exceptional customer service
Budget oversight
Project coordination
Managing documentation and ensuring compliance
Conducting regular site visits and inspections
Monitoring contractor performance
General administrative dutiesRequired Experience and Attributes:
Demonstrated excellence in customer service and client engagement
Highly organized, eager, and motivated to learn and advance
Previous experience or a strong interest in property (desired)
A car and driving license are essential (expenses paid and parking provided)
Enthusiasm for learning new skills and developing professionally
