Property Manager - Commercial & Residential 📍 Southwark, London (Hybrid Working) 💼 Salary: Negotiable - Approx. £55,000 to £65,000 🕒 Full-time | 37.5 hours per week A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join a small, dynamic team based in Southwark following an internal promotion. We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable individual with a proven track record in managing multi-tenanted commercial office buildings and residential properties. This is a pivotal role offering autonomy, variety, and the chance to make a real impact across a diverse portfolio. 🔑 Key Responsibilities: End-to-end management of commercial and residential properties across London, with some assets extending to Southampton and Peterborough. Oversee lease management, renewals, rent collection, and service charge budgeting (up to £1,000,000). Manage M&E contracts, Health & Safety compliance, and liaise with Surveyors. Lead on refurbishments, redevelopment projects, and major works. Supervise and support two Property Administrators.✅ What We're Looking For: Demonstrable experience managing commercial buildings (multi-tenanted offices) and residential units. Strong understanding of lease structures, service charge budgets, and facilities management. Experience overseeing refurbishment and redevelopment projects. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ideally RICS qualified or working towards a similar professional accreditation.
