💷 Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum (DOE)
🕘 Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties within Sheffield

Act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants

Organise repairs and maintenance, liaising with trusted contractors
*
Carry out periodic property inspections and produce detailed reports
*
Ensure properties remain fully compliant with all legal requirements
*
Handle tenancy renewals, check-ins and check-outs
*
Resolve tenant queries and maintenance issues promptly
*
Maintain accurate records through property management software
Requirements
*
Proven experience in property management or residential lettings
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*
Well-organised, able to prioritise tasks and work independently
*
Strong understanding of lettings compliance and legal responsibilities
*
Positive, hands-on approach with a team-player mentality
*
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
