Our client, a dynamic organisation managing care homes across the South of the UK, is seeking a dedicated professional to join their expanding team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within a growing nursing home group. The role offers a competitive salary of £60,000 to £65,000 per annum, plus a £3,000 car allowance. Our client is a growing organisation dedicated to managing care homes throughout the South of the UK. They are committed to providing exceptional care and support, ensuring their properties meet the highest standards of safety and compliance. As a Property Manager, you will: Oversee day-to-day maintenance activities across the existing estate. Develop and implement a forward-looking maintenance programme. Support and oversee refurbishment plans for the estate. Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements. Conduct due diligence on M&A targets and manage refurbishment plans. Implement rigorous health and safety processes. Utilise technology to enhance decision-making and compliance checks. Develop and manage the group's approach to ESG. The ideal Property Manager will have: Extensive experience in property management within care homes, healthcare, or specialist housing. Experience in budget management and supplier contract negotiations. Ability to coordinate with care home managers to minimise disruption. Knowledge of statutory inspections and compliance schedules. Skills in managing contractors and ensuring cost-effective work. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the South.
