Job Description

Property Manager We are seeking a proactive and experienced Property Manager to join our dynamic and customer-focused team in Westminster. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in AST (Assured Shorthold Tenancy) management, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent service to tenants and landlords alike. Key Responsibilities: * Manage a portfolio of approximately 100 residential AST properties * Handle day-to-day repairs, maintenance, and landlord / tenant queries * Conduct routine property inspections * Manage deposit returns in line with tenancy agreements and legal guidelines * Issue Section 21 and Section 8 notices as necessary * Work closely with progressors to ensure all pre tenancy conditions and repairs are met * Covering colleagues when on annual leave * Deal with council tax queries related to vacant or managed properties 📝 Note: You will not be responsible for rent arrears, service charges, ground rent, or utility bills. Must-Have Requirements: * 3+ years of hands-on AST property management experience * Strong customer service background * Willingness and ability to commute to Westminster * Can do attitude and willingness to learn * Exceptional customer service / organisational and telephone manner * Able to deal with workload under pressure Nice-to-Have Skills * Experience using Alto or Reapit (property management software) * Familiarity with Fixflo (maintenance platform) * Previous experience in a boutique property company * ARLA qualification (or working towards) Salary & Benefits * £32,000 – £36,000 depending on experience * 1 WFH day per week (2 after successful probation) * Birthday off each year * Dress-down Fridays with a 5:00 PM finish * Free lunch of your choice on the last Friday of every month * Quarterly £500 bonus based on positive customer service reviews * 20 days annual leave + bank holidays * Additional day of leave for each year of service * Company mobile phone provided Career Progression Path ➡️ Senior Property Manager➡️ Assistant Manager➡️ Head of Property Management
