Property Manager – London (Hybrid) – c£45k
We’re working with one of the fastest growing, most desirable employers in Property Management, who’s multi-award-winning service has seen them grow exponentially year on year.
Within their London office, they now seek an experienced Property Manager as follows:
* Working on a hybrid basis, reporting into a Harrow office (as well as visiting sites) as required
* Managing a portfolio situated in and around London predominantly, with some outlying blocks in Hertfordshire and Essex.
* Ensuring all aspects of the portfolio are managed in accordance with client and resident expectations, providing an accountable, transparent, and high-quality service throughout
* Undertaking the full range of duties from budgets to insurance provision, regular inspection, and major works
* ATPI preferred
* Thoroughness, transparency, accountability, and quality are key – our client has grown through dedication to its values and expects to recruit a like-minded property manager
* Best suited to those looking to work within independent practice – our client is NOT corporate in structure or outlook & prides itself on bespoke solutions for valued, cooperative clients
* Stable career history with a proven track record undertaking the full range of duties essential, ATPI desirable but can be supported in post.
Salary for the successful Property Manager will start at up to £45k (depending on experience and qualification) with additional earning potential through bonuses/commission payable on any new business directly tied to your networking.
