What You’ll Do
*
Manage tenancies from start to finish: client & tenant liaison, inspections, maintenance oversight
*
Conduct viewings, qualify applicants, negotiate terms, and set up tenancy documentation
*
Produce polished marketing materials and bring a professional touch to every property
*
Handle check-outs, deposit negotiations and returns
*
Perform administrative duties, support marketing via social media, and be a trusted point of contact
Who You Are
*
Excellent communicator, organised, with a practical understanding of property matters
*
Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); comfortable learning new software
*
Detail-oriented, methodical, able to juggle competing tasks under deadlines
*
Self-motivated, but collaborative you’ll thrive both alone and as part of a team
*
In possession of (or willing to get) a full UK driving licence
*
Willing to undertake the ARLA Propertymark Level 3 qualification (company-sponsored)
