Job Description
Our Kettering based client are seeking a highly motivated and organised Property Negotiator to join them on a part time permanent basis., working (between 15 – 20 hours) Monday to Friday.
As a Property Negotiator you will support the acquisition of residential investment properties, working alongside a Senior Negotiator with established clients, you will assist throughout the purchasing process while delivering a high standard of service and detailed reporting.
Key Responsibilities for the Property Negotiator :
* Assist the Senior Negotiator in sourcing and purchasing residential investment properties
* Liaise with clients and provide regular updates
* Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed reports
* Support administrative tasks related to property transactions
* Ensure a high standard of communication and client service
Requirements for the Property Negotiator:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in property sales, lettings, or property administration
* Proven track record and ability to work under pressure
* Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Computer literate, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
* Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
