Bristol City Council are looking for an Interim Property Planner.
Key job outcomes/accountabilities:
To assess assets in terms of suitability and sufficiency to ensure the needs of service users are met.
Working within the Council's Property Division to review, evaluate and implement property solutions to enable the most efficient delivery of services.
Working with other public sector bodies, partners and the voluntary sector to facilitate improved services and co-ordinated asset management planning across boundaries.
Develop and maintain close working relationships with services, at all levels, in order to pro-actively support and challenge optimum use of property resources in planning and implementing service delivery.
To work with services to understand how service strategy, changes in legislation and changes in demand will affect property requirements and to express this in service asset management plans.Hybrid working but in the office 2 days a week.
No direct reports but working in a wider team of 10.
