A fast-paced Property Buy and Sell company are looking for an experiences salesperson to join their team in the Leeds office. This will be a permanent position, working on an independent portfolio of enquiries and warm leads from initial enquiry to final sale.
This job is ideal for a Property or Lettings sales consultant with a good knowledge of the industry. The company is fast growing and the potential for progression is high.
Job description for Property Sales Consultant
* Contact and manage warm leads from start to end of buying process.
* Develop and build rapport with clients in order to advise them accordingly.
* Keep up to date on market standards and confidently consult this to clients.
* Convert leads to sales or 3rd party agent opportunities.
Job skills required for Property Sales Consultant
* Experience and knowledge of up-to-date industry-related practices.
* Proven track record of successful phone-based sales.
* Ability to work independently and efficiently.
* Resilient and driven, with a passion for property sales.
