Job Description
Are you a motivated, customer-focused sales professional with experience in new build residential property? Do you thrive in a vibrant, fast-paced environment and want to play a key role in bringing high-quality homes to market? If so, we want to hear from you.
Our client is proud to be part of one of the UK’s leading housing providers. Their development portfolio is growing rapidly, and they are marketing some of the most exciting new build homes in the region. They are now looking for two Sales Consultants to join their team in Leeds on a 24-month fixed-term contract.
What you’ll do:

Run and maintain the on-site Marketing and Sales Suite to the highest standard.
*
Welcome prospective buyers and guide them through every step of the sales process.
*
Secure reservations, exchanges, and completions for new homes.
*
Provide exceptional customer service, with weekly contact calls to customers.
*
Collaborate with the wider Sales team to ensure smooth sales progression.
*
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets – and enjoy the financial rewards that come with them!
What you’ll bring:
*
Experience in New Build Residential Sales (essential).
*
A passion for delivering excellent customer service and building relationships.
*
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and confident communication.
*
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
*
Proficiency with CRM systems and digital tools.
*
A full UK driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle (mileage paid at 45p per mile).
*
Minimum A-Level education or equivalent.
