Our client, a respected and fast-growing law firm, is looking for a skilled and motivated Residential Conveyancer or Property Solicitor to join their established team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid experience in residential property law who’s seeking a supportive environment with a manageable caseload and genuine career development.
The Role
You’ll manage your own capped caseload (yes, genuinely capped!) and play a key role in delivering high-quality legal services to clients. You’ll also support junior colleagues and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle residential property transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages, leaseholds, new builds, and shared ownership
* Investigate titles and resolve legal issues
* Ensure compliance and accuracy throughout the process
* Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors
* Manage secure fund transfers and registrations
* Submit stamp duty returns and close files efficiently
* Stay up to date with legal developments and best practices

What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer
* Minimum 3 years’ experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload
* Confident handling a range of property transactions
* Strong communication and client care skills
* Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
