Property Surveyor
Cornwall
Contract role, 8am-5pm, £27 - £32 per hour
The Company:

With offices in London, Manchester, and the Southwest, we specialise in Housing, Construction, Facilities Management, Property, Surveying, Health & Safety and Sales. We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a social housing maintenance company, who are looking for Property Surveyors based in Cornwall.
Day to Day duties of the Property Surveyor:
Carry out technical planned maintenance surveys in a social housing setting
Providing technical advice and ensuring compliance with building regulations and health & safety requirements.
Building strong working relationships with tenants, contractors, and internal teams.
Write up technical reports, giving recommendations for completing works.
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):
Have experience carrying out Kitchen, Bathroom, roofing, window and cyclical maintenance surveys in a social housing setting
Relevant qualifications / experience in building surveying
Knowledge of upcoming legislations surrounding the building surveying industry
