Our client is looking for a motivated and experienced Property Valuer to join their growing team in Doncaster. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, professional business where you’ll play a key role in driving their success by carrying out accurate property valuations.

As a Property Valuer, you will be required to:
* Conduct accurate market appraisals and valuations for residential, lettings, and HMO properties
* Provide professional advice to landlords, vendors, and investors regarding market conditions and achievable rental or sale values
* Prepare detailed valuation reports and present findings confidently to client
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the valuation process
* Support the business in achieving valuation and instruction targets
* Stay up to date with local market trends and legislation regulations
* Represent the company professionally during property visits and appointments
* Assist with property marketing initiatives where required
The ideal candidate will be:
* Proven experience conducting property valuations (residential, lettings, or HMO)
* Full UK driving licence and own vehicle Excellent knowledge of the Doncaster property market or wider South Yorkshire area
* Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills
* Target-driven with a proactive, can-do attitude
* Ability to work independently and manage a busy diary
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
