Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Property Warden/Facilities Officer to join a Housing Association in Manchester on a 2 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Key duties include:
* Carrying out meter readings and gas safety checks
* Completing block and estate inspections
* Acting as a visible presence within the community, checking in with residents and responding to any concerns
* Identifying and reporting maintenance or safety issues
* Supporting neighbourhood housing services with administrative tasks and record keeping
* Updating systems and ensuring accurate documentation
We’re looking for someone who:
* Enjoys working both out in the community and in an office environment
* Has strong communication skills and can build rapport with residents
* Full UK Drivers Licence
