Job Description
We’re working with a respected engineering business specialising in power protection and backup systems, seeking a Proposals Engineer to join their growing team.
You’ll be responsible for developing detailed technical and commercial proposals, configuring UPS solutions, and supporting customers with pre-sales technical expertise. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams, occasional travel to customer sites and trade shows, and opportunities to contribute to innovative product improvements.
About You
• 2+ years’ experience in sales engineering, technical sales, or customer-facing engineering.
• HND/Degree in Electronics or Engineering (industrial experience also considered).
• Knowledge of UPS systems, power generation, or electrical standards.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in the defence or security industry is beneficial.
