Prosecutions Lawyer Rate: £55 - £60 per hour (umbrella/interim) Location: East Anglia Working: Hybrid About the Prosecutions Lawyer Role: Sellick Partnership is currently recruiting for a Prosecutions Solicitor to join a local authority based in East Anglia. The role will be for an initial 3 month period with a strong possibility of this being extended. Key Responsibilities of the Prosecutions Lawyer role: The successful Prosecutions Solicitor or Barrister will be able to 'hit the ground running' and manage their caseload of prosecution matters, which may include matters such as: Environmental/Waste Prosecutions Licensing, All Premises Liquor Licence Prosecutions Taxi Licence Prosecutions Food Hygiene ProsecutionsYou will need to be able to undertake advocacy in person once per week in East Anglia.
