Prospector / Telemarketer - Insurance
Location: West Malling, Kent
Salary: £25,000 + Commission | Office-based | Hybrid after probation
Are you a confident communicator who loves getting people's attention and opening doors? Join a growing insurance team in West Malling as a Prospector / Telemarketer!
The Role:
Proactively call prospects - warm leads only (active and lapsed clients).
Find out renewal dates and keep the database up to date.
Book qualified meetings for the insurance advisers - no hard selling!
Send out proposal forms and generate genuine interest.
Work with premiums ranging up to £100k.What's in it for you?

Confident, clear telephone manner - you enjoy starting conversations!
Positive attitude and willingness to pick up the phone.
Organised and able to manage warm leads and follow-ups.
Insurance experience helpful but not essential - we'll train you!You'll work from a database of active and lapsed clients with warm leads - typically 80-100 per month - so you're never starting from scratch.
