In this laboratory-based position, you will be responsible for developing novel multi-specific antibodies from initial molecule design to implementation against a variety of rare diseases. You will play a key role in designing and optimizing processes for antibody expression, production, purification and analysis.
Required Experience:
* At least 3-4 years academic or industrial experience of engineering, producing and analysing novel Bi-specific antibodies & T-cell Engagers (TCE’s)
* Understanding of antibody expression inc. mammalian expression systems
* Experience of antibody purification e.g. AKTA systems
* Motivated and driven, with excellent communication skills
