Job Description
Are you a Private Rented Sector officer who has experience working within the public sector?
A Local Authority in London are looking for a PRS officer who has experience liaising with landlords and sourcing suitable, affordable, private lettings with new and existing landlords.
What you will do:
Provide a tenancy sustainment service to private sector tenants, liaising with landlords and the council's Housing Benefit Department, as well as closely working with the Housing Options Team
Source private lettings through strong relationship building with landlords and knowledge of landlord incentives
Provide assistance and mediation tenants and landlordsWhat you will get:
Hybrid working arrangement with 2-3 days on site
