Job Description
Looking for a role where you can truly make an impact? Join our supportive PRU team as a Learning Support Assistant and become a positive role model for pupils who need guidance, structure, and encouragement.
This is more than a classroom role—you will act as a mentor, helping pupils develop confidence, resilience, and social skills.
What you’ll be doing:
Acting as a consistent adult role model
Supporting pupils with behaviour and emotional needs
Delivering mentoring and informal pastoral support
Helping pupils develop coping strategies
Supporting reintegration into learning
Great opportunity for: Psychology and Criminology graduates wanting real-world experience working with behaviour and vulnerable young people.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
