PRU Teaching Assistant | 1-1 Teaching Assistant | Full Time
Role: Teaching Assistant
Start: ASAP
Location: E6, East London
Contract: Full time
Rate: £90-110 Per Day
Interview: Paid Trial
We are looking for an amazing 1-1 Teaching Assistant to support a child with challenging behaviour within a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU). The child has the ability to perform well in school but has continuous challenges with concentration and interacting with his peers.
PRU Teaching Assistant | Ideal Candidate:
Experience working with students with behavioural challenges, preferably in an educational or special education setting.
Knowledge of behaviour management techniques, positive reinforcement strategies, and de-escalation methods.PRU Teaching Assistant | Requirements:
Experience of working directly with young people in an education or training environment, supporting the learning of students.
Some basic knowledge of SEND and learning barriers.
Bachelor's degree (Education Studies, Psychology or Sports Degrees are welcome)PRU Teaching Assistant | Why Join Us:
