Job Title: PSHE Teacher (Part-Time, 4 Days per Week) Location: Small Heath, Birmingham Start Date: September 2025 Contract Type: Part-Time (0.8 FTE), Permanent Salary: MPS/UPS  About Us: Teaching Personnel are working on behalf of a vibrant, inclusive, and forward-thinking secondary school committed to fostering a nurturing and respectful learning environment. The Role: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated PSHE Teacher to join our team from September 2025. The successful candidate will deliver engaging, age-appropriate PSHE (Personal, Social, Health and Economic) education across KS3 and KS4, promoting student wellbeing, resilience, and personal development. This is a part-time role (4 days per week) and would suit either an experienced teacher or an enthusiastic ECT. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver high-quality PSHE lessons in line with the national curriculum and school values Contribute to the wider personal development programme, including assemblies and wellbeing initiatives Support students in developing skills and knowledge for healthy, safe, and fulfilling lives Work collaboratively with colleagues to embed PSHE across the curriculum Engage with parents/carers and external agencies as required to support student welfare What We’re Looking For: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience of teaching PSHE or a strong interest in personal development education A commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and student wellbeing Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Creativity, enthusiasm, and a reflective teaching practice We Offer: A supportive and inclusive school community Ongoing CPD and professional development opportunities Access to a comprehensive wellbeing support package for staff Opportunities to contribute to whole-school initiatives and enrichment How to Apply: Please submit a completed application form outlining your suitability for the role to.
