If you do not meet the eligibility criteria for the Competent Authority Pathway, you can instead apply through the Standard Pathway. * Under the Standard Pathway, you are required to: 1. Pass the AMC Part 1 (MCQ) Examination – a multiple-choice theory exam that assesses your medical knowledge at the level of an Australian medical graduate. 2. Pass the AMC Clinical Examination – a practical assessment that evaluates your clinical skills, communication, and ability to apply medical knowledge in patient scenarios. * Once you successfully complete both AMC exams, you become eligible to apply for Limited Registration with AHPRA (the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency), which allows you to work under supervision in an approved position in Australia.
