PSV TECHNICIAN - LATE SHIFT 
Location: Bishop's Stortford
Salary: £23.00 per hour + Pay Rise Following Probation 
Hours: Full Time | Late Shift 
Saturday Rota: 1 in 5 
Sunday: 1 in 5 On-Call Rota 
  
Are you an experienced PSV Technician looking for a new opportunity with excellent pay, a late shift pattern and ongoing career development? 
We are currently recruiting for a skilled PSV Technician to join a busy and well-established workshop team based in Bishop's Stortford.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Technician to work on a fleet of buses and coaches, carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and repairs to the highest standards. 
The successful candidate will join the late shift team and play a key role in ensuring vehicles are maintained safely, efficiently and ready for operation. 
  
The Role: 
·Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on PSV vehicles 
·Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and pneumatic faults 
·Complete routine safety inspections and preventative maintenance 
·Prepare vehicles for MOT and DVSA inspections 
·Accurately complete job cards and maintenance documentation 
·Respond to vehicle defects and breakdowns where required 
·Ensure all work is completed safely and to company and DVSA standards 
·Work effectively both independently and as part of a team 
  
What We're Looking For: 
·Level 3 qualification in Heavy Vehicle, PSV or equivalent 
·Previous experience as a PSV Technician, HGV Technician or Commercial Vehicle Technician 
·Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills 
·Good understanding of vehicle safety and compliance requirements 
·A reliable and flexible approach to work 
·Full UK Driving Licence preferred 
·PSV Licence advantageous but not essential
