Psychology and RE Teacher Required for September 2025
Location: Bexley
Salary: MPS/UPS (Outer London)
Contract: Full-time
Start Date: September 2025
Suitable for: ECTs or experienced teachers
Smart Teachers is recruiting on behalf of a high-performing, oversubscribed secondary school in Southeast London for a Psychology and RE Teacher to join their successful Humanities Faculty from September 2025.
The successful candidate will be required to teach Psychology up to KS5 and Religious Education up to KS4. This is a full-time, permanent post with excellent CPD and development opportunities.

The Role:
Teach Psychology to A-Level and RE to KS3 and KS4
Plan and deliver engaging lessons that promote curiosity and critical thinking
Contribute to departmental planning and extra-curricular enrichment
Support a well-established and friendly Humanities team
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold QTS (or equivalent teaching qualification)
Have experience teaching Psychology and/or RE in UK secondary schools
Be confident teaching Psychology up to KS5 and RE up to KS4
Demonstrate strong behaviour management and a commitment to high standards
Be passionate about their subject and eager to inspire learners
