We’re recruiting passionate and committed Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join their team — perfect for someone who wants to gain direct, meaningful experience before progressing to further study or training.

The Role:
* Support pupils aged 11-16 with SEMH and behavioural needs
* Work alongside children with conditions like ADHD, Learning Difficulties, anxiety etc.
* Help create and maintain a safe, structured, and nurturing classroom environment.
* Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and SEN professionals to deliver tailored support and learning.
* Apply practical psychology-based techniques, including CBT approaches
* Play an important role in emotional regulation and the development of coping mechanisms for young people.
* Assist with personal care where appropriate, promoting independence and dignity.
Who We're Looking For:
* Psychology graduates or individuals seeking to transition into a mental health or SEND career.
