About the Opportunity
Are you a recent graduate or final-year postgraduate with a degree in Psychology (or a closely related field)? In this role, you'll work one-on-one with pupils aged 4–19 as part of a multi-skilled team, underpinned by behaviour-analytic practice. Your journey will include structured induction, monthly mentoring, and tailored training—and for those with postgraduate qualifications, the chance to work towards certification as a Behaviour Analyst.
What We're Looking For
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in psychology or a relevant discipline
Strong collaborative skills and genuine enthusiasm for working with neurodivergent children and young people
A foundation in evidence-based practice and a thirst to grow professionally
